Ulinzi Walk, a powerful campaign led by Breast Cancer Initiative East Africa (BCIEA), reinforces the theme "Breast Cancer is Everybody's Business Worth Investing In to Save Lives." Early detection is emphasized as the best protection, with community health forums and free screenings provided to participants. The nation's introduction of a palliative care policy and awareness campaigns by BCIEA have played vital roles in supporting patients.

BCIEA's founder, Philippa Kibugu-Decuir, mobilizes funds to aid women with breast cancer, aiming to raise awareness and affordability. By empowering communities with knowledge about breast cancer and the importance of early detection, BCIEA has impacted over 9,000 Rwandan women.
